Okay, this is a little cheesy. I don't want anyone for a moment to think I'm using this game or giving someone else the opportunity to use it as a way to name drop. It's all in good fun... just an idea I have. A way to make connections with people, and possibly realize a connection to someone you never knew was there. That said, it's sort of like "6 degrees of Kevin Bacon": Name a band you were in, with whom you were in it with, then name a band they were in after (or before, whatever), and so on until you can name a fairly well-known person we all might recognize. I certainly don't make the mistake of thinking someone who is famous or semi-famous is any better just because of that fact, but naming someone who is well-known gives more people the possibility of recognition. So, lets go...

Replying would reveal my true identity! Just kidding - the bands I was in were less then spectacular, never recorded anything beyond a four track, and shared no members of anybody worth mentioning. But it's a fun idea!

just listen. do u like music or status? aria listen to music with headphones. this is an addictive high. live shows mixed with alcohol may cause movement and euphoria.

oh well i will say i that my 6 degrees of your ideas of rock stars will impress you. so and so likes so and so. the "stars" "of rock" who appear in high fidelity are people i just love. steve shelley is a star who loves looking for a $3, guitar. weasel walter hates damon, who toured with chavez who appeared on beavis and dickhead who kurt loder loves mainly because dave hole has a shrine to damon who played with the damned and has gbv wet. name dropping is done by fools. let's have fun. mike patton and dave mustaine

Surely this counts: I play in a group with a guy who took classes with a guy who worked with Brian Wilson.
