The guitars are obviously split on TEXT, TEXT, and TEXT. Which channel is Ian? Which channel is Mike?

For the most part, all of the records(including For Respect) are Ian in the left channel and me in the right. As for Singles Breaking Up, tracks 1-6 were recorded before Ian was in the band, so that's all me. Tracks 7-9 are from the For Respect session. Track 10 was a one off and appears to be one of the few recordings with the panning reversed. Track 11 is from the Don Cab II session but I'm not on it.

That's the 4th track on Singles I do believe. I always really liked that song alot, and thought that it was very good writing. A bit on the heavy side, dissonent, and flowing well. That songs is pure momentum to me. One of my favs definately. Props to you on that song man.

I'm resurrecting this thread because it has terrific, hard-to-find info in it.
And I want to mention that my mind was just blown when I read (re-read? I didn't remember...) that tracks 1–6 on 'Singles' are all Mike alone on guitar!!
