Good 1999 show. They seem to be working without a setlist and you can hear the working titles of the new songs: "Montreal", "Smooth", "Discman", etc.
The highlight: At 28:30 Damon bumps into Ian's amp during his goofy dance on "I Never Liked You", bringing the song to a premature halt. A brief, bitchy argument ensues over what to play next. It looks like Damon wants to play the rest of "I Never Liked You" but Ian starts "ICEMAN" which was always better live than on the album. Afterwards Damon tells Ian "You gotta stop being mean to me on stage."

George Draguns on bass, except on "Stupid Puma" which he doesn't know yet!
Trippy to see Ian playing a Les Paul goldtop. I think that very guitar later became Franz Stahl's main axe - he said he bought his goldtop from "one of the guys in Don Cab." I guessed Franz bought it from Banfield 'cause I'd never heard of Ian playing a guitar that wasn't red, but maybe he bought it from Ian.
