I heard that version, and I have to say I thought it was awful.
You should really check out the original, and also the album of the same name - it's her best work.

I'd reeally like to get a Steve Reich album. What do you suggest I get first? Also, I'm really enjoying Animal Collective (Sung Tongs) right now too.

I'd reeally like to get a Steve Reich album. What do you suggest I get first? Music for 18 musicians or Different Trains, then maybe Drumming.

Lots and lots of Buckethead. I picked up the new album "Inbred Mountain" at the show last week and I really, really like it. I also got the first Thanatopsis release at the same time so I'm getting reacquainted with that. And I think the Jesu s/t album is pretty good, too.

Dirty Three - Ocean Songs Nice one, the new Dirty Three is pretty damn good also. Check out the track with Chan Marshall (Cat Power) on vox, great waves. Outstanding...

Yeah, Cinder is really good.
I thought I might be pissed at first because the tracks are really short for Dirty Three's typical musical style. They always take their time in order to fully develop their ideas and such. But I wasn't let down at all. It's definately the Dirty Three with just a bit more variation on their sound here and there. Great album.
Ocean Songs is still my favourite though. Truly a unique and unbelievable landmark album.

Goat is frickin' amazing!
It's in my TOP 10 rock albums of all time!
It's one of those supergroups where everyone is badass. Like Led Zeppelin or something. Except with a ferocious drunken bastard on vocals.
